She helped my wife and I hunt for and purchase our home in Union City in 2015 in an extremely competitive market. Her knowledge, expertise and immense familiarity with East Bay real estate enabled us to submit competitive offers, and we were ultimately able to find a great home. After a change in jobs and a move out of the area, it was a no-brainer to have Margo help sell our house. Our home was on the market for only 6 days. We received multiple, generous offers. We couldn't be happier with Margo's results. In the current crazy housing market in the San Francisco Bay Area, we expected our house to sell at or somewhat over our asking price and that it would take several weeks to a month. Margo's expertise in marketing to buyers interested in our neighborhood generated lots of interest in a very short amount of time from many highly motivated buyers. Margo made our home look its absolute best with a minimum of fuss and effort for us. We let her make all the decisions regarding what needed to be updated, changed or touched up. She made all the selections, bought the materials, hired the professionals and managed all of the projects for us. Everything was done in two weeks and cost much less than we expected. We were especially impressed that Margo had all of the inspections done PRIOR to listing our home. Potential buyers were able to learn everything about our house before deciding to make an offer, completely removing the possibility of unpleasant surprises during escrow.

She's obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk us through every detail of the process, and if there was anything that we didn't understand she was happy to explain. This guidance was invaluable to us as first time home buyers. Margo was great at setting up times for showings on short notice, and she was very responsive to texts and emails. The whole time I felt like we were on top of things and everything went surprisingly smooth. When we went to see the house, she was very outgoing and introduced us to the neighbors. Getting to know the neighbors was a pretty nice advantage because some of them put in a good word for us with the sellers. Margo truly goes the extra mile.

! If it wasn't for her, myself and my daughter would not be homeowners. She worked so hard to make the process of buying our houses as smooth as possible. She even assisted with loan questions. I love how patient Margo was throughout escrow and was always available to answer any questions or concerns along the way. It is very confusing to understand everything when you are a new home buyer. Because the home was owned by a trust it was a more complicated transaction than normal, but Margo worked with the attorney to satisfy the requirements of the trust and made the process seem easy. She was on top of every detail and was a pleasure to work with.
